24 years ago I was introduced to you as your daughters new boyfriend, 5 years later I gained the accolade of "your favourite son-in-law", a title I was honoured to have bestowed upon me. In 2006 I was privileged to make you a grandad for the first time, I remember the instant adoration on your face as you held your tiny "gorgeous Lourdes" in your arms for the first time.
